Going through the renovation and design process could be intimidating; however, we aim to make it as enjoyable as we could. We start the process by putting tremendous effort understanding the problems and listening to the clients' needs and desires. Through initial client conversation and site survey, we identify the project's challenges and then help establishes a budget. A solidified design direction and guiding vision will be formed to push the project forward!

We Guide!

We take problem-solving seriously. After identifying the problems, we typically present a couple of paths and solutions to our clients to consider. Whether it's a furniture plan or entire building, we explore and dissect multiple possibilities. We guide the clients through our thought process, and help narrow down to a design that is most suitable for them.  

Depending on the project type and scale, at times a building board or Department of Building will be involved. We will guide our clients throughout the entire process. Occasionally, specialists and expediters in different areas will be brought in to help ensure the permitting process goes smoothly!

We guide our clients through the contractor bidding process, help administer the material ordering process, and oversee the construction throughout.
